How To Shop the Dayton Wire Wheels™ Online Store

Getting Around The Store

1. Use the navigation buttons at the top of the page to move about the store.

2. Click on the merchandise you wish to view. (Scroll down to view all merchandise.) To view a larger image and description, click on the picture of the item.

3. To make a purchase, select the quantity, size and color desired and click the "Add Item" button.

4. As you continue to shop, you may view items you have selected for purchase by clicking on the "View Cart" button at the top of the page. The shopping cart keeps a running total of all merchandise added to your cart. You have the option to continue shopping, checkout, or empty the cart. You may also modify the quantity, color and size from this screen.

1. Dayton Wire Wheels™ uses a completely secure checkout process utilizing the strongest encryption available with today's standard browsers. More information is available during the checkout process by using the "View Certificates" feature of your browser.

Checking Out
1. Once you have finished shopping proceed to checkout.

2. Please complete the required shipping and billing information and click continue. If you are a first time shopper, you must build your shopper profile by completing the shipping and billing information. Returning shoppers can click above the shipping information section to automatically load their profile.

Dayton Wire Wheels™ ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
Your complete online shopping satisfaction with us is our number one priority. If any item you order from our online store does not meet with your expectations, simply return it to us within 30 days via the following method for a full refund of your purchase price, including any applicable sales tax and original shipping charges. Package the item securely (using the original packaging if possible), enclose your invoice and original packing list, indicate a reason for your return and send it to us freight prepaid via a traceable shipping method. The item must be in new, first line condition to receive a refund.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER:

AN ITEM IS MISSING:
Sometimes because of varying item availability, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order indicates which items have been shipped. MY ORDER DIDN’T ARRIVE:
Your order can be tracked on our shipping carrier’s web site. If you wish to track an order, go to Track Your Orders. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us at websales@daytonwheel.com or call (800) 862-6000 and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives will be happy to help you.

AN ITEM IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:
We are committed to your total online shopping satisfaction. If any item you receive from our online store is damaged or defective, contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days at (800) 862-6000 for return instructions. After your return is received and processed by our Apparel Return Center, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price including any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Processing your return usually takes 3 business days from the date we receive it. If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery to you, refuse delivery of the order and contact our customer service department promptly at (800) 862-6000.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:
We’ve made our shipping and handling prices as fair as possible, so you benefit from the convenience of delivery to your door. For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: Standard Ground (1-5 days), Second Day Air and Overnight Express. Transit times refer to the time from pickup at our facility to delivery to you, not the time from date of order to delivery to you. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days because of varying item availability. We do not charge extra shipping for split shipments.
